His responsibilities include coordinating safari itineraries, working closely with guides and drivers, managing guest arrangements, overseeing logistics, and ensuring that every safari meets the company’s standards of safety, professionalism and personalized service.

Beyond his management role, William is also a professional safari guide, allowing him to remain directly involved in the field and personally connect with guests. His experience as both a manager and guide gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver a well-organized and genuinely memorable safari.
